Terms of Use for FoodMe Pro

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FoodMe Pro mobile application ("the App") operated by Atlas Engineering Innovations ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.

The service

FoodMe Pro helps you generate recipes and meal plans, track calories, manage a pantry and shopping list, and use related nutrition tools. Some features require an internet connection and a Premium subscription or one-time purchase.

AI-generated recipes, nutrition estimates, and images are provided for informational purposes only and are not medical or dietary advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies and for how you use the content.

Accounts

The App may create an anonymous account so backend features (such as AI generation) can work. You do not need to create a username or password. You are responsible for activity on your device.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Premium features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to the account you use with the store:

• iOS: Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
• Android: Google Play. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel through Google Play. Manage or cancel in the Google Play subscriptions page. Google Play's terms apply to the billing transaction.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.

If you install the App on both iOS and Android, purchases do not transfer between stores. Each platform's billing account is separate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with our servers or third-party APIs, or use generated content in a way that violates law. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

Intellectual property

The App, branding, and our original content are owned by Atlas Engineering Innovations or our licensors. Recipes and images generated for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular diet or health condition. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after we post an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
